(WDEF) Former Fort Oglethorpe City Council member Charles Sharrock loses the appeal to regain his seat.
It happened Wednesday in Catoosa County Superior Court.
The Fort Oglethorpe City Council voted unanimously to remove Sharrock from office in November.
That was after he was accused of sexually harassing three city employees.
Sharrock filed suit claiming his fellow council members acted unlawfully.
Fort O mayor Lynn Long told News12 Wednesday -quote- "It's a tragedy for all.  Everybody loses.  There are no winners in a case like this."
