TRENTON, Georgia(WDEF) - A $1000 reward is now being offered for information that would lead to the return of a woman reported missing by her family.

Justin Marie Creech, 48, of Trenton was last seen June 4th when she left her apartment and drove off in her minivan. She was wearing pajamas the morning she left.

"She hadn't taken her purse or her glasses or anything. None of her personal items at all," said her husband Terry Creech.

She also left behind her cell phone, money and medication she needs to treat her depression.

"She hasn't taken medication now for almost a week. She can become disoriented. That has happened before. Never to this degree. But things change when you're taking those type of medication," her husband said.

After frantically searching surrounding areas including parts of Tennessee for nearly a week, the family posted a $1000 reward for information that leads to her safe return.

If anyone has seen her or the gold 2002 Town & Country minivan she drives, they are urged to contact Trenton Police at 706-657-4167.
