(WDEF)  Sheriff Jimmy Harris is pleased to announce the graduation of Nathaniel Bates, Andrew Brown, Lonnie Hairel, and Daniel Mathews from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Academy. The Graduation was held Sunday, May 12th at the Bessemer Civic Center.

      Sheriff Harris stated, “I want to sincerely congratulate Deputies Bates, Brown, Hairel, and Mathews. I know they will do an outstanding job for the citizens of our county.”
