This week's flood waters increased the tension on yet another expected vote on the Chattanooga Village Development Project. The City council decided to push the vote back almost two weeks ago. It's a vote to rezone the Highway 153 hilltop area in Hixson for a multi-purpose development.

Wondering why Mayor Littlefield and Pam Ladd are rushing this project. There are already too many empty businesses and foreclosed homes in Hixson. Think of the traffic and environmental issues this will cause. Stupid is as greedy does.
