Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) The Chattanooga Zoo is mourning the loss of one of its snow leopards.

Kasimir passed away after days of continued weight loss and health deterioration.

Zoo officials are waiting necropsy results.

She was one of the first in the Himalayan snow leopard exhibit.

She's survived by her long-time partner Czar and two female cubs.

The cubs were born at the Chattanooga Zoo, but are now at other zoos.

Zoo officials say Kasimir will be greatly missed.
