Marion County residents file a $1.5 million dollar lawsuit against the Tennessee Aquarium.
William Graham and Rebekah Condra say they suffered injuries when their wave runner capsized from the wake of the Aquarium's River Gorge Explorer.
The pair alleges that the River Gorge Explorer was going too fast.
Court papers show the incident happened in August.
Lawyers on both sides could not be reached for comment.
