"Obviously, and it should concern Murray County citizens, how can this happen? In this day and time, how can this happen?" asks Attorney McCracken Poston.

Attorney McCraken Poston talks about the investigation with the GBI and his client, Angela Garmley.
Garmley accuses , now former, Murray County Judge Bryant Cochran of soliciting her for sex.

"She immediately experienced, what apparently several women have experienced with Judge Cochran was an obsession with getting with them in a physical way more than taking care of their cases," says Poston.

Shortly after the allegations became public "Angie Garmley was set up."

According to this report, Garmley was the passenger and meth was found underneath the car.
Poston urged the GBI to investigate.

10 days after Angela Garmley was charged with possession of Methamphetamine here in Murray County , the district attorney decides to drop all charges.

McCracken Poston says he has no doubt the former judge is involved.

"It's a chilling effect that would effect any person, particularly a woman who is afraid of a powerful office holder here," says Poston.

"It's really shocking. I just you know, heard the amount of detail about what is going on," says resident Vance Dunbar.

The Sheriff's Office says they are fully cooperating with the GBI... As the investigation continues into these allegations of planted drugs.
