A high speed chase leads to a large meth bust in Whitfield County.
The Sherrif's Department received information that Thomas Pickle was transporting meth.
Pickle was spotted in the passenger side of a vehicle with James Sexton in Tunnel Hill on March 5th.
Officers tried to pull them over, but they sped up and started throwing things out of the window.
Officers were able to stop them, and in the process of arresting the duo, authorities said Pickle hit an officer in the face.
The items thrown out the window turned out to be a fourth of a pound of meth, prescription pills, more than a thousand dollars in cash and scales.
