A Bradley County commissioner faces a DUI charge.
Jeff Yarber was arrested last night in Cleveland.
He's the Vice Chair of the Bradley County Commission.
The Bradley County attorney tells News 12 the County is still gathering information about the arrest.
And that any criminal charges would have to be resolved before a decision is made about Yarber's position on the commission.
