East Ridge Police arrest 44-year-old Mark Gibson for two auto burglaries on Fawn Drive.
Police responded to Beulah Drive after an alert citizen saw a man with a flashlight peering into cars.
When officers arrived, they found Gibson with stolen items in his pockets.
Gibson is scheduled to appear in court on January 15th.
