According the Chattanooga Police:
On Sunday, September 30, 2012 at 6:56 PM, Chattanooga Police Officers responded to a person shot call at 3412 Provence Street. Upon arrival officers discovered a juvenile B/M with a single gunshot wound to the leg. The victim refused to give a statement to Police. He was transported to the hospital.
