Chattanooga man shot as he walked out a building

CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee(WDEF) -  A Chattanooga man is recovering from a non-life threatening gun shot wound to the leg.
    
It happened early Sunday morning on the 1100 block of Arlington Avenue.

Police said Frank Usher, 22, of Chattanooga was shot while walking out of an apartment building.
     
The shooter fled the scene and police said the investigation is ongoing.
