Collegedale Police identify the suspect in Friday's chase.
It ended with two police officers hurt.
He's 24 year old Edward Lee Moore the second.
Moore is wanted for Aggravated Assault, Felony Evasion, Reckless Endangerment and several other related charges.
He's also facing charges in Hamilton County.
He was last arrested October 13th on a theft charge.
The chase started when police tried to stop a vehicle in the 93-hundred block of Apison Pike Friday.
Police say Moore refused to pull over.. and tried to get away... striking two officers when the chase ended in the Green Shanty area.
They were treated and released from the hospital.
