There's no sign of a convicted killer who escaped from a North Carolina prison farm Sunday
The search is on for 51-year-old James J. Ladd
Ladd was serving three life sentences for the 1980 robbery and shooting deaths of two men.
He was discovered missing from the minimum security Tillery Correctional Center Sunday morning.
But officials aren't sure how long he'd been gone.
