Can someone answer me this? Why in hell would any Animal Control organization have a dog like Abbey up for adoption? Do they really think it's a good idea to put a dog like that in a neighborhood that has other dogs and small children? They deserve to be sued into the ground should Abbey ever attack.

Throw all the scum under the jail and throw the key away. Don't give them food and tie them up on a foot chain and no water and put a 500 pound weight on them..These people are taking my air.Judge throw the book at them and show action don't be all talk..
