     Chattanooga Police arrest a 16-year-old and charge him with robbery.
     It happened Monday in the 1500 block of East 18th Street.
     Police say an 18-year-old man was robbed and physically assaulted.
     The juvenile has been charged with Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Burglary, and Theft Over $1,000.
