Shane Keller says, "[They] cut me in my face, neck."

According to Keller, a group of his friends heated up a knife with a lighter, and then burned his face.

Keller adds, "They tried to cut my fingers off with a pair of scissors.  I got bruises and stomp marks all over my back where they had me tied up, stomping me."

It started early Monday Morning, says Keller, just before 8.

He went over to his friend Ginger Davis' home on 36th Street.

Keller adds, "I sat on the couch for a minute talking to them, then all of a sudden, people started coming out of the bedroom."

One by one, he says, Eric Slaughter, Dosher Felts, and even Barbara Thomas, 53, beat him up, and bound his hands and feet.

Keller adds, "They were going to kill me, going to tie me up, take me somewhere in Georgia and drop me off."

Keller says when they only got $50 out of him, they called his sister, and demanded another $300.

Nathan Hartwig, with the Chattanooga Police Department, says, "She was contacted by the suspects and told that she had to bring a certain amount of money to the location, otherwise he would be killed."

Keller's sister called the police, and now they are all charged with at least one felony, including especially aggravated kidnapping.

Hartwig adds, "That's punishable by 15 to 60 years in prison."

Chattanooga Police say it's rare a 24-year-old gets kidnapped, but they have a good idea why it happened in the first place.

In court papers obtained by News 12, it says Keller owed these suspects dope.

Hartwig adds, "He went to the residence for some drug reason."

But now, Keller says, he won't be knocking on anymore doors.

He adds, "Just be careful who you kick it with."

Eric Slaughter, 25, and Dosher Felts, 22, are charged with Criminal Conspiracy, especially aggravated kidnapping, extortion, aggravated robbery, and aggravated assault.

Ginger Davis, 48, was charged with especially aggravated kidnapping, extortion, and criminal conspiracy.

Barbara Thomas, 53, was charged with especially aggravated kidnapping, extortion, criminal conspiracy, and aggravated robbery.
