We have an update on the two murder cases for another suspect we've been following.
Devante Stoudemire is charged with first degree murder in a deadly shooting last week on North Hawthorne.
Police say he and two other suspects shot Steve Mosley while trying to rob him of marijuana.
But Stoudemire was on bail for a two year old murder case at the time of the shooting.
He's now on a $1.7 million bond.
He's due back in court Thursday for the 2010 case...which is on the trial docket.
And again at the end of the month for the most recent murder case.
