Local leaders and a local church come together to help an innocent bystander struck by a stray bullet.
Keoshia Ford was the victim of a drive-by shooting in March.
The thirteen year old was shot in the head as she sat on the hood of a car during a block party of Bennett Avenue.
Keoshia is home recovering now, after spending several months at Children's hospital at Erlanger.
Now Olivet Baptist Church's Pastor Kevin Adams is asking for help for her family.
Pastor Kevin Adams, Olivet Baptist, "I believe that we can't just sit by and not do anything. I make an appeal to some wonderful pastors out there; some wonderful leaders in our faith based entities, Let's come together. We can do more together than apart. "
Olivet Baptist is also planning a Prayer Vigil Saturday August 4th.
Contact the church if you can help with donations or money or medical items.
