A young Red Bank woman accused of lighting her apartment on fire could face several years in prison. Thursday, Rebecca Pendergrass got charged with aggravated arson. Red Bank Police say she admitted to lighting her bedroom on fire. Now, her mental health is being called into question. But what does that mean when prosecuting the crime?
