Shooting on Citico Avenue Sends 21-year-old to Hospital

Chattanooga Police investigate a morning shooting that sent a 21-year-old to the hospital. Officers believe a car with least two suspects inside drove by a Citico Avenue home and sprayed more than 20 bullets.
