An underage halloween drinking party is busted up this weekend in Soddy Daisy.
Officers tell us they arrested one father who they believe provided the alcohol.
They are not releasing his information yet, but tell us the incident happened in the Ashbrook Subdivision.
Police say at least one child was taken to the hospital with presumed alcohol poisoning.
