(WDEF) A Chattanooga man gets arrested in Dalton after police say he pointed a 38-caliber gun at the head of the owner of A1 Towing.
According to the Daily Citizen, Omar Dedios told police Modesto Cardenas came into his office with his son who bought a car from him Saturday.
Cardenas said  the car's check engine light just came on and he wanted the dealer to fix it for free.
When Dedios said the car was no longer under warranty but if they bought the part the work could be done free of charge, police say Cardenas said quote-"I don't care. You make it right or I'll blow your head off."
Cardenas was charged Monday with aggravated assault with a gun.
He is in the Whitfield County jail being held without bond.
