Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) WDEF's own Luther Masingill has done it again!

He's been selected to become a member of the Tennessee Journalism Hall of Fame.

Luther is the world's longest running broadcaster.

He's already been inducted to both the National and Tennessee Radio Halls of Fame.

He began his career on the first day of 1941.

He's also the only living announcer to report on both the attacks on Pearl Harbor and 9-11.

Now he'll be inducted into the Tennessee Journalism Hall of Fame on August 12th.

Congratulations Luther!
