Students at Chickamauga Elementary created their own "Wax Museum" of sorts at the school.
It was a way for the kids to bring historical figures to life.
The children each picked a famous person that they wanted to study.
They dressed like them, did research on their costumes, and learned fun facts about that person.
Then, at the "museum," you could push a make believe button to get the students to explain their characters.
Joni Kythas is their teacher.
She is very proud of their work, and hopes this will be a lesson they won't soon forget.
"I hope that they learned a little bit about researching a character, and what to look for. And I just hope they have good memories."
