Teachers, and school leaders in one school zone will start the back to school process early.
Orchard Knob School officials and County School Board member George Ricks will make a bus tour of the school's zone Saturday.
It's a chance for officials to meet and greet students and their parents.
School officials will also distribute free summer reading books, required assignments and registration packs.
Crystal Sorrells is Principal at Orchard Knob Middle School. She explained, " On registration day, which is August 7th, they'll be able to skip the long registration lines and proceed right to express registration for taking advantage of the time to get their paper work prepared early so that will get them through the process a lot faster also."
