     Riverbend has changed a lot in 25 years.. And that goes double for the Bessie Smith Strut.
     All this week, we're going to highlight those changes by taking you back to Riverbend 1989.
     Back then... The Strut was one of the prime attractions of the festival.
     The party stretched from Miller Plaza past the railroad overpass on MLK... And lasted til 11-pm.
     This was before security concerns led a Chattanooga police chief to try to kill it.
     So let's take a look at Struttin.. 89 style.
