Mat Mocs Pin Down 22-20 Victory Over The Citadel

      The Chattanooga Mat Mocs got two clutch pin fall victories down the stretch to upend the Citadel 22-20 in their first SoCon match of the season.
      The Citadel would climb out to an 11-7 lead after the first five matches, but the tide began to turn for the Mocs at 165 pounds when Josh Condon scored a pin over Vincet Bellaran. That gave UTC a 13-11.
      At 174, Josh Lampe, wrestling up in weight class from 165 picked up a 3-2 decision over John Duane.
      Mocs were clinging to a 16-14 lead when Niko Brown left no doubt by sticking the pin against Marshall Haas. It gave the Mocs an insurmountable 22-14 lead.
