The Chattanooga Mocs played their most complete game of the year with a 31-9 clubbing of Furman. The win snapped a nine game home losing streak to the Paladins.
Jacobs Huesman ran for two scores, while Keon Williams picked up another 100 yard outing and another score to lead Chattanooga to victory. The Mocs defense was overwhelming at times, sacking the Paladins six times and holding Furman to just 189 total yards. Davis Tull led the defensive charges with 5 tackles, including three and a half sacks and two forced fumbles.
It was the Mocs first win at home over the Paladins since 1993. Chattanooga also became the first team in a decade to keep Furman out of the end zone for an entire game.
