Long time Bradley Central boys basketball coach Kent Smith has taken a leave of absence. He has decided to step aside for a year to fully recover from knee replacement surgery he had in the summer. Smith will later decide whether or not he wants to return. Assistant Chuck Clark will take over the team in Smith's absence. Smith has won over 400-games with the Bears.
