Georgia is happy their game with Tennessee is in Athens this year.
That means they won't hear 'Rocky Top' as much.
At SEC media days, the Dawgs linebacker Ramik Wilson and receiver Chris Conley were asked which opposing team's tradition or cheer annoyed them the most.
Both guys didn't hesitate in saying it was the unofficial UT fight song,'Rocky Top.'
Said Wilson,"Coach Richt made us. Every practice leading up to that game, he plays that song on the speakers blasting every week."
Added Conley,"The fact that they play Rocky Top every three seconds. It has grown on me. It really bugs me. Just because somebody could tie their shoe, and they play Rocky Top. It's a tradition at that school. I understand that, but the song, whether it's just the melody. Something about it gets stuck in your head, and you will be on the bus home after the game. And you will be singing it in your head. It takes a good week to get it out of your head."
