Gordon Lee Loses to Charlton Co For Class A State Baseball Title

The Gordon Lee baseball team suffered a tough, 3-1 loss to Charlton Co on Monday in the Class A state finals. With the win, the Indians claimed the state championship. The two clubs split a double-header on Saturday, forcing Monday's decisive game three. Charlton County got two unearned runs in the 8th inning to pull out the victory. The Trojans were trying to capture their first baseball state crown since 1984.
