Titans quarterback Jake Locker underwent surgery on his left, non-throwing shoulder on Wednesday. It's the same shoulder he injured twice last season, which caused him to miss five games. Even though Locker returned to the lineup this year, the shoulder kept popping out of place. The Titans hope Locker will recover in time to start off-season workouts in the summer.
