Soddy Daisy native Kelsey Nunley helped Kentucky advance to the SEC Softball Championship game on Friday, as the Wildcats beat LSU 4-3 in Columbia, South Carolina. Nunley was the Cats starting pitcher. She picked up the win, going nine innings with six strikeouts. It was Nunley's sixth career post-season win, and that set the school's new record for the most career postseason victories. Nunley has a 51-18 record in her two seasons with the Wildcats.
