The Kansas City Chiefs opened their rookie mini-camp on Friday. Among the newcomers was former Tennessee quarterback Tyler Bray. He gave up his senior year in college to turn pro, but then he wasn't drafted. He signed as a free agent with the Chiefs.

Reporter-"Have you kind of gotten over not getting drafted?" Said Bray,"Oh yeah. I knew I was going to have to earn my way regardless of whether I was drafted or not." Said New Chiefs head coach Andy Reid,"He knows the places he made mistakes at Tennessee. But he also knows he was a pretty good football player when he was there."

Reporter-"Why did you choose the Chiefs?" Said Bray,"The staff. They've got a great staff. They'll teach me what I'm going to need to know."

What a dummy... good riddance. Bray was one of the most 'anti-clutch' QB's I've ever seen at UT. Great accuracy when it mattered least, though--prior to the 4th quarter, before hitting the 'red zone', against the worst opponents, and when there was next to no pass pressure... lol. Some of that was probably poor coaching, but not nearly all of it. Good luck being a beanpole and taking NFL level punishment.
