Tennessee landed another four star recruit on Friday in receiver Dominique Booth from Indianapolis. New Vols coach Butch Jones currently has the top recruiting class in the nation according to rivals-dot-com. At the SEC media days, current UT players explained why they believe Jones will be successful.

Said offensive lineman Antonio Richardson,"He's very personable. He's always trying to build a personal relationship with his players. And when you have a coach like that, that's going to make you want to run through a wall for him. He's always calling me. Testing me. Making sure I'm all right physically and mentally."

Said linebacker Jacques Smith,"It's all about camaraderie. That's something Coach Jones established coming in. Guys, you just can't be individuals. You can't be positions. You can't be offense or defense. It has to be Tennessee. We are one Tennessee."

Said offensive lineman Ja'Wuan James,"He brings excitement. He brings passion to the game. He's making the game fun again. I saw that in our spring game. We had DJ's out there and stuff like that just to get us pumped up."

Said Jones,"I think the big thing is you walk in the door on day one, and you set the standard. You set the expectation. You set the plan to win, and you don't compromise."

Added Smith,"He's a worker. He works hard every single day. I don't think he sleeps enough."
