It continues to be a tough summer for Titans receiver Justin Hunter. He's still sidelined with a hamstring injury, as the Titans hold a mandatory mini-camp this week. After going through the team's rookie camp, Hunter has hardly seen any action on the practice field. Offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains says the former Vols standout is doing everything he should to rehab the injury, but Loggains is still anxious to see what Hunter can do.
Said Loggains,"I do think he's an impact player. This next month is crucial for him to get healthy. Continue to gain weight. Continue to work hard and eat right. He needs to learn how to be a professional and take care of his body." Added veteran Titans receiver Nate Washington,"Unfortunately a second round draft pick. He's going to have to be ready to play right now. There's not going to be a redshirt year for this guy. He's going to be expected to come in and make some plays. We have to make sure he's able to do those type of things when he comes back."
