The Creative Discovery Museum in downtown Chattanooga has free admission tonight from 5:30 to 8:00.

In recognition of Child Abuse Prevention Month, free safety kits will also be handed out to the first 500 children attending tonight.  Kits include activity sheets, crayons, identification cards and a special color changing cup.

Children will also have the opportunity to make their own puppets at the “Creative Station” exhibit at the museum and donate them to kids dealing with this issue.  Also, participants will enjoy two puppet performances, by Chattanooga’s Kids on the Block addressing child abuse prevention. The CKOB performances will be presented at 6:15pm and 7:15pm in the museum auditorium.
