CHA Moves Ahead With Fairmount Apartment Complex
Submitted by Bill Mitchell on November 20, 2009 - 4:38pm. News | Community | Government & Politics | Hamilton County NewsCity officials are still not happy with the plan, but the Chattanooga housing authority has approved the design of the proposed Fairmount Avenue Apartments in north Chattanooga.
Architects re-drew plans for the Chattanooga Housing Authority after complaints that erecting 48 units would overload streets and services. The plan presented to the board by Craig Kronenberg now shows 36 apartments. That includes 1 and 2 bedroom units in three, three-story buildings.

Whenever that person, or people left, a 32-year old man was dead, after being shot by his own gun, and slashed in the throat.
But who killed Cedrick Hubbard?
Chattanooga police re-open this cold case to try and catch a killer.

Jury Convicts McClinton of Kidnapping & Holding Woman Hostage at His Home

The victim says James Ray McClinton offered her a ride home in April from 23rd Street.
But he produced a knife.. And took her to his house in Bradley county.. Where he held her until she escaped the next day.
