Chattanooga Police make an arrest in Thursday's homicide on O'Rear Street.
Carmisha Lay, 24, is now behind bars.
Around 5:30 Thursday morning, police found Edward Glenn, 28, fatally shot inside a home.
Investigators believe Glenn was set-up to be robbed when the shooting happened.
Terri Scott, a neighbor, says, "It's surreal, sometimes, it's just like people don't care about human life, and they don't know the impact it has on families, on communities."
Lay was charged with 1st degree murder, among several other charges, for her part in the crime.
No other arrests have been made at this time.
