Dozens in Chattanooga continue to celebrate Black History month. Blue Cross, Blue Shield of Tennessee held an event Thursday that was full of singing and speeches. This year's theme was "At the Crossroads of Freedom and Equality: the Emancipation Proclamation and the March on Washington." WDEF News 12's Alisha Searl has more.
