The Masters Degrees will be offered by LMU's Cater and Moyers School of Education.
Students can earn a Master of Education and Educational Specialist degree.
LMU will also provide an academic scholarship equal to one-quarter of the program's tuition.
Chattanooga State President Dr. Jim Catanzaro said, "We're going to have more and more people turned out for the school systems of our area with higher levels of training and we know this is extremely important to the future of our children and their community."
