Cleveland Bi-Lo Stabbing sends two to hospital as 4 year old witnesses look on

Nathan  Goforth and Melissa Dawn Patterson are being held by Cleveland Police tonight  after a tip off led to them being traced here, to White Water Lodge just after 1pm.

Evie West, "Stabbing miss thomas kind of in a swinging motion, so she attempted attempted to intervene in that altercation and he turned around and stabbed her",

Goforth faces charges of Domestic Disturbance and aggravated assault after police say he attacked Angela Thomas and his ex girlfriend Bridget Wagner.

Evie West of Cleveland Police Dept says, "The two victims were transported to sky ridge Medical Center, where they are being treated  with non life threatening injuries".

Two four year old children witnessed the crime and the Department of Children Services has been contacted.

Shoppers at Bi-Lo off Mc Grady Drive are still in shock.

A family friend told news 12 that the children while scared and upset were safe and being taken care of.
