Cleveland Boy Needs Your Help Winning Wheelchair Accessible Van

Bradley County rallies behind a 9-year-old boy with Cerebral Palsy. You may remember Skyler Bates. His mother is in jail, acccused of leaving his younger brothers in a hot car last year. They ended dying from hyperthermia. Now Skyler wants your help. He needs your votes in order to win a wheelchair accessible vehicle. WDEF News 12's Alisha Searl lets us know how you can support him.
