Cleveland Doctor Indicted

        A federal grand jury has indicted Dr. Raymond Sean Brown of McDonald Tennessee with 35-counts of fraud.
        They include wire fraud, mail fraud, health care fraud and money laundering.
        Prosecutors say Dr. Brown billed Medicare for Botox injections that he did not give over a four year period.
        And he purchased 254 vials of Botox, but charged medicare for more than 17 thousand vials.
        The indictments also accuse Dr. Brown of using the money to open an account in the bank, then transferring funds into a pair of car dealerships.
