Distilleries in Unincorporated Areas of Hamilton County

Should distilleries be allowed to set up shop in unincorporated areas of Hamilton County?

That's what the Hamilton County Commission is set to vote on next Wednesday.

The county mayor's office says the vote will not affect Chattanooga Whiskey's plans to build their distillery.

In May Tennessee lawmakers gave them the green light to go ahead with their plans on Chattanooga's southside.
