EAST RIDGE, Tennessee -(WDEF) A home at 4322 Greenbriar Rd. became an early morning crime scene after a domestic dispute.
Police say 34-year old George Miles was shot when he tried to enter the home through the bedroom window while yelling the words "I'm going to kill you," to someone inside.
When officers arrived on scene, they said they found Miles suffering from one gunshot to the upper torso.
Police say the dispute started Friday evening at a local Wal-Mart after Miles and got into an altercation with the man who later shot him.
The investigation is ongoing and charges are pending.
