Hamilton County Prepares for Possibly Record Low Temperatures

So sad. Bad weather, such as snow and ice, is usually announced/expected. It should be so simple. Stay home if able, drive with extreme caution a low speeds if out. But, we will hear about crash after crash, death after death. I just don't understand it...
