A 23-year-old man stood before a Hamilton County judge this morning.
Milton Guin is accused of killing Vickie Pippin in 2011 on Hixson Pike.
His charges include vehicular homicide by intoxication and unlawful use of a hand-held telephone while driving.
Court records also show this is his second DUI offense.
Judge Don Poole said Guin could remain free on $50,000 dollars bond, but must wear an "lcohol monitor bracelet.
His trial is set for March 19th.
