At 90-years-old, Luther has worked at this station  and Sunny 92.3FM for most of this life.  The local broadcaster with an unforgettable passion for animals became the latest inductee into the National Radio Hall of Fame over the weekend.

Other inductees included Howard Stern and Terry Gross, from the NPR-distributed "Fresh Air" program.

The National Radio Hall of Fame & Museum recognizes and showcases contemporary talent from today’s diverse programming formats, as well as the pioneers who shaped the medium during its infancy.
